The best thing to do is to open the catalog and print it out. The way it is put on the site is not the best way to read it. This all still under construction so eventually it will be here in a regular format, or you can always send for a hard copy at above address. Cost is $7.50 in USA and Canada and $9.50 overseas.
Our prices have changed since catalog printing. Due to high increase in postage all prices are listed here as follows.
Our DVD prices are as follows: $17.50 ppd in U.S. and $26.50 ppd in Canada. Overseas add $12.95 p/item. All DVDs come in clamshell cases with full wrap around artwork. (These are costs per item)
